Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Ripling for HR people management and benefits management.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Clear & simple steps
  • User-friendly web and app interface

Cons

  • Some settings are hard to find
  • Notifications are not all controllable by the user
  • Document upload on the app is sometimes spotty.
  • I am a user. I don't have this information.
I am a user - I didn't select Rippling for my company. However, as a user, Rippling was far easier to navigate, manage, and view my employment and benefits info.
I have not used support, and this question won't let me skip it without a response.

Simple, clear, easy to follow instructions and pages.
I was onboarding with Rippling, and found the experience to be the easiest and fastest onboarding and benefits selection I've ever dealt with. The step by step pages and instructions were easy to follow, and the platform saved my progress when I accidentally closed the app. I have never had an easier setup experience.
