Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is a quick and easy way to manage HR. They send Emails when they need you to do things, and they pay you on time every Friday. It's a very easy way to access paystubs and manage your time off. You can easily submit a request wherever you are. The website is very slick and easy to use.

I honestly didn't do much research on Rippling. This is just what my business used to organize HR and pay the employees. I have worked for other companies where the payment and HR system was way worse. This is why I feel so strongly that Rippling is doing it so well.

The website is so incredibly easy to use. It is super slick because there is a dashboard with only a few options. This means that it is easy to find what you are looking for because the options are so broad and get more specific as you go. You can also sign in from anywhere.
I really don't see any negatives with Rippling. everything is so easy to use, and it makes it so you don't need a big HR department. You really only need on person in your company to cover it because Rippling makes it so easy to use. It never misses a payment and you always know what you need to do within the business.
