Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for payroll, benefits, & time off. It is used by the entire department and is a great source of assistance for many of our HR needs.

Pros

  • Enrolling for benefits is a breeze.
  • It is easy to access payroll information.
  • It is very easy to see how much PTO you have used, have left, & to submit time off requests.

Cons

  • It is not easy to find where your salary/hourly rate is posted.
  • It has made it easy to hire new team members.
Rippling is far more customizable than Gusto which makes it perfect for our company.
Because the team has been able to answer all of my questions.

It is very simple to build a profile and to use.
When you have a small team or a team with little or no HR presence it is very helpful to be able to access the information in Rippling without having to reach out to an HR team. It is also great when it comes to onboarding new people. It will automatically create new accounts for new team members making that process a lot easier for the hiring team.
