Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used to handle out benefits, payroll, PTO. Used company wide, Rippling helps me to stay organized and know exactly what benefits I have.

Pros

  • Gives me a breakdown of my paystubs.
  • Helps manage my benefits.
  • Shows me how much PTO I have/file them for leave.

Cons

  • I think Rippling could benefit from laying out my 401K benefits better.
  • I think that Rippling has really made it easy for me to take advantage of all of the perks my company offers me
ADP handled my paychecks at my last job- Rippling does a better job with the emails on payday, just showing my breakdown/not requiring me to log in.
They've always been very responsive to me.

Super user-friendly, don't have to dig for anything.
I think Rippling does a great job at being clear on exactly what perks I get at work. At my last job I had to do a lot of digging to find out my PTO policies/days off. Rippling does a good job at that.
