Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our time cards, requesting time off, signing up for our insurance benefits, and pay roll. It addresses the accessibility that is needed as an employee. Easy to use, tax documents and pay stubs are very easy to get a hold of. Requesting time off electronically. You can check your insurance policy and rates.

Pros

  • Accessibility- it is so easy to use!
  • It shows you your time, over time, how long breaks are, etc.
  • The employee directory is very nice to have! Working remotely it's nice to see a place where I can put a face to a name.

Cons

  • Honestly, I don't really have any improvements. For what I use it for it works great!
So much offered in one place. Rippling is very multifunctional.
I enjoy working with and utilizing all the Rippling has. I love how user friendly it is.

It's so easy to use, I was able to figure it out by myself.
Any situation where you time needs to be tracked, this is perfect. Small or large companies can benefit from this.
