Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the following work spaces: benefits, community, time and labor, HR and Payroll, performance, workflows, spending accounts, compensation, surveys, recruiting, and on boarding. We will soon be implementing the rewards. We were able to eliminate several other vendors to house them all in one.

  • I feel like with all the improvements that are taking place, I get more errors such as this page isn’t available at this time.
  • In compensation, the total rewards statement and the compensation statement are automatically saved in the employees employment document. I need these for audits.
  • Being able to view a workflow that I have sent without having to wait until the next person completes their portion.

I feel like 3rd party sick pay needs some work. When I was with Paycor, they were able to extend my year end so I could enter 3rd party sick pay; then it automatically removed the sick pay from the W2s instead of needing a correct w2. The reports work space works amazingly. It’s very beneficial having the report writer and dynamic reporting.
