Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity mostly for payroll. The program is easy to use and straight forward. There was some issues with the initial training phase of the program, but I did like that they ran payroll with us multiple times before letting go on our own. I appreciate that we have a set group. Of people to answer any questions we have moving forward.

Pros

  • Easy straight forward app.
  • On hand training
  • Speedy response

Cons

  • There is some confusion as to which employee does what when training new customers
  • We were using paper before so anything new is way better
  • Easy to use app and sote
The self service site helps a lot with employee time sheets and vacation
Employees enjoy seeing others shout outs, birthdays and anniversaries
Very easy to use
Paylocity is more user friendly

Paylocity is great for small business and they are straight forward with you about their pricing and what they offer. I love that you do not have to use all of their services, you can pick and choose which of their offered services you want to use for your company.
