Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for payroll and also for the expense module for reimbursements.

Pros

  • Working with us when we are setting up a new project.
  • They are able to answer any questions we have, and if not they find the answers we are looking for.
  • Quick to fix any issues or requests we have sent in.

Cons

  • I think the expense module could be more user friendly.
  • I think they could have a better user manual.
  • It has reduced the time in processing personal expenses.
Paylocity was the only company we wanted to go with for payroll and reimbursements.

I think its great not only for tracking payroll and personal time but the fact that they have branched out to include Credit Card implementation and personal reimbursement works well for our company.
