Paylocity has a wide variety of modules to choose from

We use Paylocity for all HR functions, including benefit management, and to process our bi-monthly payroll. I love the customer support as they are always able to answer my questions quickly. The tax reporting features are simple and I love the Knowledge Base functionality. The training videos are also very helpful.

Paylocity is allowing us to manage our performance reviews electronically instead of on paper, like we did last year. This automation will allow us to focus on other aspects of our daily tasks, will save us time and speed up the evaluation process. I love the fact that I can call customer service and always speak with someone on the phone who can solve my issue immediately.

I love the fact that Paylocity has an abundance of training videos and that I can utilize the Knowledge Base at any time. Currently we are not using the Community or Impressions platforms but I will look into using them to see if they will be beneficial for all of our team members. I just started working here six months ago so I'm still discovering all of Paylocity's features.
