Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Regional level approval of all site level employees PTO requests and timesheet adjustments. Regularly run and review payroll & overtime reports. Utilize Community page for employee appreciation. Performance function used to review and monitor annual performance goals
Pros
- User friendly interface
- Community page feature is great for employee shoutouts
- Phone app is easy to use
Cons
- Support team is sometimes slow and account manager rarely answers the phone
- Saved time on payroll entries
- Onboarding is very smooth
Saved significant time of coding site employees payroll into our internal Yardi system
Community feature is loved by all employees
Major downside to Paylocity is the inability of property managers to add monetary monthly commissions on time sheets
