Overall Satisfaction with ON24
It allows us to have engagement with our clients, and by engaging with them directly, we are able to address their key concerns and questions. It has also been a great platform for us to host panel discussions with stakeholders who are not based in Singapore without the need to fly them in.

- Tech support could be improved.
- Technical issues like glitches and webinars not being able to load still happen.
- More tailored marketing approach to prospective clients.
- Increased engagement.
There is much more room for interactivity and customization. There is also the pre-recording feature which is extremely valuable for our clients.
