ON24 is used as an engagement platform. It provides the ability to have high-quality engaging webinars while being able to save templates and reuse assets. It’s allowed us to scale our program dramatically and increase engagement with webinar-specific tools. The ideal use case is for one to many webinars.

It’s best when you’re doing something you’re comfortable with and follow a checklist. You get the most out of it when you’re comfortable, able to use the UI, and make sure everything is triple-checked. It’s at its worse when you skip any steps, forget any settings, don’t validate your previews, and run into any issues. When it works, it’s perfect, when it doesn't, you have to call support.
