Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company has utilized ON24 to organize webinars and conferences with our client base. Due to the challenges with COVID, we have been unable to hold these events in person but have had a great deal of success with the digital platform. There has been a significant benefit to the ease of use and effective interface for technically oriented conferences.

Scalability

There has been a great deal of success in utilizing this software across business lines and geographic locations, but I have somewhat limited experience with scaling this and larger event volume, as the largest events we have held have maxed out around 500 participants at once.

Likelihood to Recommend

For large events with a mix of internal and external audiences, ON24 has been very useful. It interfaces well for a setting where information is primarily being delivered in a single direction and is robust enough to handle large (multiple hundred) audiences. I would not recommend it for smaller events that could benefit from back and forth dialogue.
