Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We use NinjaOne for all our remote management and monitoring projects. We also have Microsoft Intune, but we pretty much just use it to push out the Ninja Agent because NinjaOne's support, customer community engagement, and ease of use far exceed what we've known from any other product. NinjaOne allows this one-man-team to manage the entire multi-site organization fleet from anywhere in the world, significantly shortening troubleshooting to resolution timelines.
Pros
- Community involvement
- Scripting automation
- Ticketing
- Remote connection
Cons
- Knowledgebase & documentation
- macOS patching
- 3rd-party platform integration
- Increased efficiency (scripting, patch management)
- Issue tracking (ticketing)
Prior to NinjaOne, our IT management was a blank slate. We knew we needed something, and we wanted to ensure we were making the best decision for our organization. We attended demos and talked with sales reps, sales engineers, etc. At the end of the day, it was the relationship we developed with the NinjaOne team as well as their customer community that set them apart from the others. We were confident that they listened to their customers and knew that we could have a live human being on the phone within 5 minutes if we had an issue. NinjaOne hasn't let us down on that expectation yet.
