Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Using monday.com has been a huge game-changer for our public health emergency preparedness and response team! It has reduced literally thousands of emails back and forth, and helped us track deliverables and assign roles and help prioritize projects. We and our partners have used monday.com to manage local response coordination, which is amazing, as we have struggled to find a secure platform to use for regional coordination. I cannot express how much this has streamlined our processes and ultimately saved hundreds of hours of staff time.
Pros
- This has been a dream come true as a tool to help our team collaborate on projects and keep track of all project statuses, which has avoided literally thousands of emails!
- Our team appreciates the templates, but also the ability to adjust and create the tools we need to meet our specific needs, based on the project and collaboration needs.
- Quick and easy collaboration is extremally important during an emergency, and this platform is lightyears ahead of our old platform, which was clunky and difficult to view and navigate. Monday.com is user-friendly and very intuitive to use.
