Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Our organization uses monday.com to track the work we are committed to with the communities we serve across the country. This work goes beyond just the sending of products to clients; our work is about building a relationship with a community and providing that community constant support now and in the future so that they can be successful. Monday.com has really aided in our work by giving us a platform to capture and track every major and minor commitment/deliverable we have with individual communities. At the same time, it also gives us a way to easily output data for reporting to the grants that fund our endeavors. I've only just started working with monday.com at my organization, but I see so much potential and how it will help our organization grow and stay organized at the same time.
Pros
- Tracking projects progress, including subtasks
- Updates section, which also include updates via email
- My work section allows me to see just the tasks I have to worry about now and coming down the road
Cons
- Easier view of subtasks column headings when there are a lot of subtasks. When I last looked at one of our clients that had over 15 subtasks, it was hard to see the column headings of the subtasks because the overall column headings were over top of them.
- Easier setup of project management boards
