Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com every day and it is super helpful when it comes to delegating tasks between team members. It keeps us accountable for our daily duties while also giving us a space to write extremely detailed breakdowns about our workflows. The filters that are built-in allow us to prioritize the important stuff while also never forgetting to complete the smaller tedious tasks.

Pros

  • List tasks according to urgency.
  • Create team-based projects.
  • Attach any necessary images, text, or links for references.
  • Notifications keeps the user updated on any new task.

Cons

  • More font options when users reply on threads.
  • GIFs are available on the desktop and iPhone app.
  • Adding to-do lists that users can cross out or check off when completed.
  • Monday.com has made our daily workflow easier with task management.
Monday.com is the best and most favored way for our team to communicate. Some of our team members work remotely while others work at the office so monday.com helps us feel as if we are still working in the same environment one way or another.
I've never had to communicate with monday.com customer support because honestly we haven't had an issue that needed immediate attention.
Monday.com is used daily by our team of 12 people. Tasks, priorities, and completed updates are sent to the team via monday.com notifications and email notifications.

We are the technical department in our office and monday.com is crucial to keeping all the tasks organized since our workflows can become unpredictable. Every task will have a different producer and technician working together which requires the help of monday.com to keep everyone updated and accountable.
