We use monday.com every day and it is super helpful when it comes to delegating tasks between team members. It keeps us accountable for our daily duties while also giving us a space to write extremely detailed breakdowns about our workflows. The filters that are built-in allow us to prioritize the important stuff while also never forgetting to complete the smaller tedious tasks.
