Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday makes divvying out our company's daily work easy and effectively with how organized and easy to use it is. There are several options for reporting to track progress which is essential to our day to day operations. I would recommend Monday to anyone and everyone!

Pros

  • Sets deadlines easily
  • Organize our work in a useable fashion
  • Tracks work for everyone easily
  • Very user friendly
  • Compiles reports on anything we need for our day to day operations

Cons

  • The amount of time it takes customer service and or tech support takes to get back when issues arise
  • Communicating with one drive, SharePoint, Dropbox or secure share at times to retrieve documents needed
  • Not force changes or updates on users until they wish to implement them.
  • Unknown to me it is not part of my duties
The integration of different softwares we use and email keeps all our information in one easy to see location for all the staff. It makes communication with our customers super easy and efficient.
At times, it is hard to get in touch with someone or get responses back when we have issues in a timely manner that doesn't affect workflow.
Features work well as needed. The flexibility to move things, user friendly ability to assign and manage our day to day work and automations on there own make moving things effortless and reliable just helps minimize the day to day struggles and stress in all of our work for all of us.

Microsoft SharePoint, Dropbox Business, Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
The structure of our work is sent to us from our customers and Monday is the middle man in a sense and manages all the incoming work nicely so we dont have to worry about it. They make it easy to find, track and use. Assigning work is effortless and very organized.

For our purposes, I can not think of any less appropriate scenarios.
