Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Great for organising and planning sprint tasks, arranging workload by priority and technology stack. I find it very useful for its ability to automate emails in to our ITSM tool. I use the tool to remind me about software license renewals, 365 license checks, ensure disk space is managed and maintained.

We don’t solely use this tool, we use a mix of monday.com ms planner and tasks, ms teams and project. It all depends on the task in hand and the number of interdependencies. For this type of project planning I find project to be a more suitable tool. I do find it better than ms planner and tasks for automation and reminders of workload and workload ownership
Staying impartial - only because I’ve never had to use this service. The uptime of the product is great, I have never gone to use this product t and it been down - which says a great deal in itself
Can be clunky at times, especially when moving tasks from in progress to on hold / completed etc - I have found that the tasks don’t seem to move to the completed / on hold tasks list until you hit f5 to refresh the page, something that could be improved I must say

Great for the dev teams, great for automation and reminders of reoccurring tasks, great for assigning ownership across the team and making individual team members accountable for actions set against them.
