KnowBe4 is Simple, Straightforward, Easy to Use

The training KnowBe4 provides, like sexual harassment prevention videos and IT security training, is very easy for employees to use. It is a simple process, with informative videos that employees can access at any time before the deadline. We use KnowBe4 mostly for these trainings, addressing workplace requirements that all employees need training on in order to work for the company.

It has greatly helped our company meet data privacy requirements by easily providing training to all employees about data protection, IT issues, & other dangerous things like phishing scams. In terms of legislative help, it helps us meet state requirements for trainings that all employees must have, like sexual harassment training.

Being on one platform makes it easy for all of the employees in the company to access, without having to ask any questions. It's very self explanatory & simple, all on one dashboard in the one platform, so employees don't mistakenly go to a different website trying to meet their compliance trainings & reqiurements.

The quality is decent. The videos are informative & make the topics easy to understand for every employee, no matter the level of common sense they have. I feel that a kindergartener could understand what is going on in these training videos, it is so simple and straight forward. Because everyone can easily learn from these videos, it has greatly improved & contributed to the company security & compliance posture.
