Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZ Texting to alert patients of changes to the schedule or to simply remind them of my services

Pros

  • Easy to add clients
  • Reviewing the status of the campaigns
  • Responding to texts

Cons

  • There should be a do not reply button.
  • It has awoken some dormant patients
  • Better response than emails
I didn't struggle with trying to find anything and the dashboard is easy to navigate

One issue I have is that people tended to continue conversations which wasn't the intent of the text. This ends up costing more money
