I use EZ texting to sent payment reminders to my customers they now received the reminder and are happy with this tool

  • It is a friendly platform and easy to use
  • Have a very quick response and great people for customer service
  • variety of products
  • Especially the workflow option is amazing

  • For now, I have no recommendations

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for a solution to replace Zipwhip when it was purchased by Twilio and no longer offered and affordable solution to texting customers from our own business number. My only complaint is that we weren't told that texting from OUR NUMBER was more of a courtesy "sprinkle on the donut" than the regular means of use. They assigned us an arbitrary phone number, then we added ours as the default but when using the mobile app the past few months it ignores the default number; when using on a desktop you an easy select which number to text from though. This is something that previously worked and no longer does...when we called to find out why, we were told that using it in that way wasn't really possible because they were still beta testing it or something like that. Once that gets resolved, it'll be a a great tool.

EZ Texting allows us a platform to communicate with our team members. We have 37 locations and most of our team members are not in front of their computers all day and are not the best at checking emails. By being able to text them we can communicate important information and know that it will be viewed.

Pros

  • Texting a large group
  • Creating subsets to text groups within a group
  • Easy to upload new employees
  • Easy to remove former employees

Cons

  • Easier way of uploading lists to already include them in sub groups
  • Sometimes character counts get confusing

I use it to share communications and reminders with Church Members. It helps to centralize communications with groups that are targedted which make communciations easy for our communications team. I love EZ Texting and its easy to use dashboard and features. I would recommend using the tool for any size organization for quick and easy communictions. Bobo Data Systems
