Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We are a house painting company on the West Coast, and BambooHR has made administrative functions seamless and easy. Payroll used to take a week of spreadsheets and cross-checking numbers, and now it's done in less than 30 minutes. Customer service has been so helpful, and they have so many resources for learning the platform and customizing it to your business needs. There are reports for everything: time tracking options, benefits implementation, and more. I don't think I could function in the office without it at this point. And the cost of services is wildly reasonable. I'd recommend BambooHR to any small business looking to streamline administrative functions.

BambooHR makes things so easy. It's a very user-friendly application, with most things being easy to understand inherently and the handful of things that aren't easy to learn either via help from customer service or the hundreds of training videos and documents available to you. I've seamlessly taught the platform to multiple employees, some of them contractors and not very good at computer things.
While I've occasionally gotten conflicting answers or, every once in a while, a grumpy agent, I've received invaluable help from the support staff. One employee even went above and beyond after finding out I was relatively new to the business and put together a help document for me to do some training with. It was exceptional customer service, and I gave that help doc to new hires to learn the ropes.
We get to spend more time making money for the business and less time hassling with spreadsheets and thumbing through timecards. I use the reports tab nearly daily, whether tracking hours on specific projects, looking into PTO accrual, tracking pay raises, or more. There's a report for everything.
BambooHR offers amenities that ADP doesn't even have on its radar. ADP requires you to have numerous other softwars to manage everything that goes into running a business, BambooHR has everything in one place.

BambooHR is ideally suited for small businesses, and I recommend it to anyone looking to streamline HR functions. It has everything in one place, from payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, time off schedules, and more. It's one of the most straightforward softwares I've used, and I have taught myself everything I know about it at this point.
