Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

It was our first HRIS as our team grew from 50 to 300! It handled most things we needed very well for a small, but growing global company. It helped us get our US payroll situated along with being able to finally keep employee data in one place. Its onboarding feature was fantastic for us and we also heavily leveraged the employee engagement surveys as a helpful pulse check each quarter

Fantastic usability for the employee
Would be better if we could get a dedicated account manager, but their support is still miles better than many larger HRIS platforms
It’s very basic, but gets what is needed done
Bamboo is a great and cheaper entry option for an HRIS. Good starting point, but you may need to upgrade to a more featured platform as you get larger and have bigger initiatives

BambooHR is great for small starter companies, US Payroll, onboarding features that are able to easily flow from Lever ATS, ease of use experience for employees, time off, calendar views of time off, birthday and anniversary celebration calendar.

Not a very customizable performance review and feedback Option, could use more in depth reporting
