Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for our primary needs of Onboarding Documentation and for Clocking In and Out with a geolocation, but it is also used for Document Storage and Record keeping. It is an easy way for staff to look up information on Team members when needing to swap shifts, or to update Tax Documents.

Pros

  • Everything together in one place.
  • Easily configure the layout to serve your needs.
  • Updating or adding functionality is easy.

Cons

  • Searches could be cleaner
  • Timesheet should work off of rolling 24 hour clock
  • Timesheet should have geofencing
  • Streamlined our Onboarding process by three hours
  • Sped up information collection for WSIB submissions
  • Location and acquisition of forms at never before seen speeds.
BambooHR can be used with little to no technical experience, but for some additions or editing Tech Exp helps.
