Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP Workforce Now is being used for payroll, HRIS, and recruitment. It is used by all employees within our organization. This keeps us organized and all on one system.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Tax Compliance. It is easy to upload documents and ADP will assist and handle and give solutions very easily.
File Feeds. It is very easy to have file feeds created and run to specific details and puts the HR at ease.

Cons

Call center for payroll. There is always a wait and we have to hold for long periods of time.
Payroll live checks. Within the payroll, I want the editing phase to be so I can click on an employee and see the full check for the one employee, including earnings, deductions, and taxes. It can also be seen as a one-time change within that check.

Return on Investment

Not needing an additional employee to handle admin-like jobs

Scalability

It's good but could use improvements. I think ADP does things really well. But this could use improvements, my mind goes straight to payroll. It's not user-friendly and can be annoying to work in.

Systems Integrated With

ADP Workforce Now is well suited for compliance. The HR Help Desk is awesome and keeps our HR department up-to-date, which is especially complicated with our offices in 40+ states.
ADP Workforce Now is less appropriate for payroll. It is a very basic payroll system that could use a lot of improvements to be more user-friendly.
