Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by payroll, HR, and people across our job sites that are responsible for entering employees' time.

Pros

  • Time and attendance
  • Calculates pro-rated rates

Cons

  • Calculating manual checks
  • Voiding check process is time-consuming
  • More efficiency in the way employees are taxed
  • Time and attendance has made it a lot easier for our job sites to account for employees' hours.
This has not been an issue yet.
  • IDI
We're using IDI to calculate pay, and it's especially useful in calculating union fringes and benefits.
We were using Viewpoint before ADP Workforce Now to process payroll.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for smaller-sized companies. It needs improvement in dealing with companies that have several union workers.
