Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across the whole organization, we use ADP Workforce Now. It helps us with running payroll, ACA reporting/tracking, benefits administration, time off (sick,vacation, family leave), holding employee documents, posting events and important dates/links for employees. We really view it as an employee's one-stop-shop for all their human capital needs. We also added the onboarding experience for new employees, which was a nice addition.

  • Foreshadowing possible issues when building new plans
  • Some items within payroll (end of year reporting)
  • Not having to hire outside individuals to build/alter items within ADP
  • Productivity
Not really sure, as my experience has only been with this organization of 100 people. However, I do believe that it can handle more and still be as effective and easy to operate. Though I do think there is a point where ADP could be hard to use.
  • We have file feeds to all of our benefits vendors.
I have used Workday and ADP Workforce Now, and thus far I believe ADP Workforce Now is well-suited for a smaller organization, due to its flexibility and ability to be customized by the user quite easily. While in Workday, customization is harder, however, it can be done to ensure no issues are created down the line when dealing with a larger organization.
