Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for all our HR, payroll, and time and attendance needs. Our manufacturing locations also use multiple bio-metric timeclocks for our employees to track time. Our company has been very satisfied with using ADP Workforce Now and the communication with ADP support / account manager has been quick and easy.

Overall, we have been very satisfied with our move to using ADP Workforce Now. It provides a full-service package for all our HR, payroll, and time attendance tracking needs.

The process was simple after getting the EDI file requirements from ADP to our vendors.
We changed from Kronos to ADP over a year ago, and we find the ADP "user experience" is more streamed and simple for our users to use.
We are a large manufacturer and using ADP Workforce Now with enhanced time has made our process quicker and easier. Not sure what "small business" solutions ADP Workforce Now has, but I would highly recommend the ADP Workforce Now platform for large-scale employers for their payroll, HR, and timekeeping needs.
