Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time & attendance, and benefits. We plan to transition to the onboarding feature soon.

Pros

  • Great reporting features
  • Able to accommodate multiple needs of our company

Cons

  • Sometimes when updates are done, other features may experience problems.
  • Customer support is not always the best--employees are not always the most knowledgeable.
  • Less manual work for benefits
  • Reporting features make billing, reporting, enrolling much faster
ADP Workforce Now has a lot of features with a lot of options.
  • SAP- attempted
  • Kronos
Integration was difficult for payroll---not so much for benefits. We were told ADP could accommodate SAP and they couldn't. The benefits integration was pretty simple because the person helping us on the ADP side was wonderful. She left ADP shortly after but she was the best.
We were already using ADP for payroll so it made sense to use ADP Workforce Now.
ADP Workforce Now is overall a great platform for payroll, time & attendance, and benefits.
