Zenoti's platform handles almost all of our customer facing business functions including booking appointments, providing our customers with a mobile app to book online, payment processing, gift certificates, internal reporting, calculating payroll and customer marketing through email or SMS.
The Zenoti platform can be tailored for the your individual business needs through a vast array of options and controls in the system. We converted from another large provider just over a year ago and we have found Zenoti to be very responsive to our needs and continues to aggressively invest in their technology, especially AI.
