AppMetrica is a great analytic tool mainly used for determining customer interest in our product. We mainly want data on our customers, and what they are like, and AppMetrica does a good job with this. It allows us to gather sufficient data in a quick manner due to its easy-to-use API for further research so we can create software that works well with the majority of people.

Pros

  • API allows to fetch aggregated and raw data and generate reports easily
  • This software is great at monitoring all kind of traffic sources
  • The data export feature is great use for tracking my Steam sale campaign
  • Running the app allows tracking activities of users seamlessly

Cons

  • App sometimes crashes
  • Design is a bit plain, could choose more colors that pops out
  • Additional analytics such as reports with funnels in the web solution

In our organization, we are using AppMetrica to record the user journey and user attribution data like installation, registration, create pataa, search pataa, push notifications, etc. Before AppMetrica we were using the Firebase Events and Firebase Cloud Messaging to fulfill the same requirements, But firebase is unable to fulfill my requirements. Now I am very happy with the solution like AppMetrica.
