Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We using webex meeting for our client as it was licensed by their organisation and due to data security we are only communicating with them via call and video session on Webex meeting. As a part of compliance and ethics, company decided to use Webex so that personal details or company daata can't be shared easily.

Pros

  • Screen sharing functionality is very well compared to other
  • scheduling call is very is task
  • many option to join call for multiple vendors

Cons

  • Due to many competation in market license price needs to review
  • company can think to create an extension/app to connect with multiple application for customer support domains
  • very slow on virtual machine, there needs to be lighter application for smooth process

Webex Meetings is most usable solution in our company for daily communication or scrum calls with the team or the clients. we use this due to it rich, crisp and clear audio & video quality. Screen sharing is very smooth without any disturbance or delay. Scheduling of meetings very simple & easy to send the invite. We can also do promotion of the our sponsors by simply adding the background in our meetings. We can record the session for future as well. We are totally happy & satisfied with this solution.

Webex Meetings is a greatly appreciated software at our organization. I have been using it for a while now and truly find that the features are outstanding with regards to conduct of meetings, sending invite has become a cakewalk thanks to its user friendly step by step process including the contact list management.
