We are using Webex Calling for many years in our organization. Ours is a multilocation business with wide range of product and services in power/EPC domain. We need to have frequent video conferences and meetings for collaboration and reviews. Webex Calling is excellent too that facilitates the same.
Pros
We have digital transformation reviews , wherein people join from 14 locations and top management offices.
We have site and HQ reviews, where lot of discussion and decisions are made.
We Have lately conducted even top management interviews, with even external candidates and even interview board participating.
Cons

Very well suited for multilocation meetings with wide no of participants. Less suited if all individuals are joining separately. We face MPLS bandwidth issues in later case.
We use this for our paging system, intercompany dialing, and outside calling. We use both desk phones, as well as the Webex phone app. The primary use is general phone calls, incoming and outgoing.
Pros
App integration
Being able to check your voicemail remotely (EASILY!)
Able to make phone calls on my cell phone using WiFi since the office does not get good reception
Cons
App does not always connect
Cell phone continues to ring after I pick up my desk phone
Ring duration on cell phone app can be short, leading to missed calls
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Calling is a great tool if your office does not receive good reception. I have noticed that this is the case in many older manufacturing buildings. The app/phone has caller ID for screening calls. The quality has been very good, which is a must when calling and dealing with customers and new prospects.
Webex Calling was the program that we leveraged for all virtual calls throughout the company, prior to moving everything to MS Teams. Calls could range from large team meetings, 1:1s and collaboration sessions. Being a global team, this was used before the pandemic, but during covid, this product became integral to allowing business to keep moving along and we were already used to it.
Pros
Ability to join via phone in the event that you don't have internet connection
Providing call in numbers and local global numbers
Chat feature allows you to communicate with the whole group or just one member if needed.
Background options if you want to block out your real background
The ability to assign additional owners in case you can't be there to manage the call and its features (i.e., recording)
Easy to make updates to the settings of an already scheduled meeting.
Let's you know when someone has joined the call (makes a sound for each person)
Cons
It might be that we didn't have this package, but transcription capabilities were not included.
Sometimes, using Webex Calling would make my computer and other programs run slow
If screens were being shared, it required a lot of bandwidth and sometimes froze or glitched.

I thought Webex Calling was an appropriate tool for any virtual conversations that needed to be had, especially during the pandemic when everything shifted to the virtual space. Webex Calling is what enabled us to continue running workshops with client groups when we couldn't be in a physical location.
Webex in our organizations is utilized for video conference or audio meetings with customers and partners to foster relationships and develop our business. Webex integrates with my email and makes it easy to send meeting invitations to first time contacts or individuals we are regularly meeting with. It has solved the problem of only utilizing phone calls for connecting with customers and creates a much more conjoined effort to meet for both parties.
Pros
Video Calling
Audio Calling
Email Invitation Format
Cons
Provide more features at different price points
Ease of use for beginners
Intricate User Interface
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Calling is suitable if you are having consistent calls or presentations with customers, and you need a straightforward "meeting invite" application. It has features such as background noise removal and background images so if you find yourself in need of more privacy in a meeting it has great features. Webex Calling would not be suitable if you find yourself not speaking to individuals on a daily basis or have another methodology of connecting with your personal team.
I am pretty much using Webex Calling every week or twice a week depending upon season and project communication proority. We are using Webex Calling for customer meeting with large audiance and it is perfectly suited at this moment. It is easy to present and share onformation to large audiance.
Pros
Large audiance call

Calling subscriptions for telephony users
Cons
It would be better if a user get information about any new updates or new features added in timely manner.
Time limit

Communication or meeting of collaborative work between orgazations is appropriate to use. The calling fatures and other options in the front pannel is pretty handy to use. I like the features used in this application pretty much as seen other video conferencing application in the market.
The scope of my use is almost everywhere. I work with people around the world and I need to communicate with them always. My colleagues use webex calling, I can reach them out wherever I want if they are online. It really increases our work efficiency. We stop using desk phones anymore. I don't have to be in the office to make a phone to my supplier or coworker. . The sound quality is also great we had some audio issues before Webex Calling now we don't have such problems anymore.

I have been using webex and webex calling for 5 years. In the past we were using our office desk phones to reach out to our partners abroad there were some time-wasting moments we had. We were not able to make calls to our customers out of the office, now we have such kind of opportunity we can do our calls easily thanks to Webex. It has really great user interface. We can download and use it with our mobile phones. It really increases our efficiency at work
Prior to implementing Webex Calling, we had a very outdated on-premise phone system that lacked mobility features, was limited in capabilities, and provided little to no reporting features. Since the switch to Webex, we are now able to provide our mobile staff with the features they need to place and receive calls using our business number instead of their mobile numbers. We have gained massive reporting features that let us keep track of our significant incoming calls. And we have gained a number of useful features that we never knew we needed. Our organization provides business equipment for our clients and we get a large number of incoming calls for clients for both sales and service. Those calls are all handled life (no auto-attendant bots), so being able to quickly route and handle those calls was a requirement and Webex Calling handles it with ease. The implementation of the product was also much easier than I expected.
Pros
Easy setup and deployment
Excellent mobility features
Excellent reporting
Cons
Call quality on mobile devices
Ability to transfer a user to a different location without completely removing the user's license and starting over
Ability to have users devices/apps ring sequentially instead of all at once
Likelihood to Recommend
For companies with on-premise employees or stationary remote workforces, Webex Calling is exceptional. For any company that has a large mobile workforce or employees that often use mobile devices to answer or make calls, Webex Calling still has some work to do. I know there is a new product to solve this issue, but being charged an additional fee to solve a flaw in the product does not make sense.
The webex hub is a all-encompassing intuitive portal.
The cutting edge state of the art webex devices are fantastic.
Cons
The price of the devices are at the high end.
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Calling is a great choice for clients looking to move away from aging, expensive traditional on-prem environments. There are some limitations with integration to clients existing 3rd Party applications, for example, advanced

Webex Calling is used across the whole organization by various departments. It's used mostly when no screen share is required and for audio only purposes. If a message is missed, we can look at who called and also replay the voice message. By default, video and audio features are enabled when a call is initiated. If it's suppressed by default, that might be good. This avoids the user disabling the video and audio on receiving the call.
Pros
Easy calling with one push.
Can call even if there's no internet connection or wi-fi.
Visibility of call status on a contact/contacts.
Cons
Sometimes calls are dropped or become patchy. Reasons could be poor connection, etc.
Video and audio connection should be disabled by default. This may be the feature managed by the Company and not Webex. Not sure.
Group calling - not very intuitive to add members and call.
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex calling is a very good tool for quick one to one call to get a question answered or discuss a business situation. Can also be used for group messages.
