Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We are using Webex Calling for many years in our organization. Ours is a multilocation business with wide range of product and services in power/EPC domain. We need to have frequent video conferences and meetings for collaboration and reviews. Webex Calling is excellent too that facilitates the same.
Pros
- We have digital transformation reviews , wherein people join from 14 locations and top management offices.
- We have site and HQ reviews, where lot of discussion and decisions are made.
- We Have lately conducted even top management interviews, with even external candidates and even interview board participating.
Cons
- More interactive
- It can have facility for some AI optimizations
- Good transcripting
- We have enjoyed the services and been using for many years now.
- The on line/virtual meeting has clear ROI.
- The same features available with less pricey options. But the services are better.
- Zoom Events & Webinars
We have used zoom also. But for video conf needs for corporates, we feel Webex Calling is also good , a bit pricier.
