Visdum is a Sales Compensation System built to help companies manage and optimize sales incentives, to produce a motivated sales team. Visdum plays a critical role in streamlining our commission policies and their implementation. The system's flexibility allows us to easily configure and automate reports to meet specific requirements. Our commission policies are dynamic in nature and I love the fact that Visdum enables us to swiftly edit policies and incorporate additional SPIFFs and Kickers in real time, significantly simplifying my responsibilities.After moving to Visdum, we’ve been able to save an upwards of 50 hours/month that was otherwise spent on manually calculating and computing payouts. Distributing commission statements to reps has now become so much more easier with Visdum and we don’t have to worry about confidentiality. Reps have 100% visibility into their earnings so it’s a win-win.

  • It automates the whole sales commissions process such that everyone saves time - Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • We can resolve commission related inquiries within Visdum. There is no need for us to use email or slack. This makes communication with the Finance team smooth.
