Pros
On Userlytics it is easy to set up test and the required tasks.
Userlytics offer you transcription services, which can save a lot of time; rather than watch and transcribe the full video yourself, they can do this for you.
You can request to recruit particular people, with options like device, country and the use of prescreening questions.
Cons
When recruiting mobile users, you can only choose Android OR iPhone, you cannot gather a selection of both. (Although to resolve this you can duplicate the test, having one for Android and one for iPhone. It is more inconvenient than anything).
The credit system is a little confusing, as you pay for credits, which account for an amount of time a user spends on the test. E.G. one credit = 15 minutes. It's sometimes hard to estimate how many credits you will need as some users naturally take a lot longer than others.
Return on Investment
Userlytics has positively affected our business as we have gained valuable insight for multiple clients about their website.
Userlytics has helped by giving us a fast recruitment tool for user research.
