Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a user experience agency, running user tests is essential. We have numerous clients that hire us to explore what works or what doesn't work for their users. Our research team has been using Userlytics for over 3 years now.

Pros

Excellent customer service
Fast response rate
Implementing new features

Cons

Usability of its platform
Simpler pricing model (it always takes so much time to explain to someone new, how Userlytics works)

Likelihood to Recommend

It is an excellent resource for user testing, especially when it comes to using the Userlytics user panel. I would love to see them add a recruiting part and communication with potential users, in case we need to bring our own panel.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's a good way to get a feel for other user interface websites to know how the functionality works as an end user. It gives us ideas of what to do versus what not to do.

I think they could offer more functionality
There could be more variety of tests
They could do more wide spectrum of types of websites
