I appreciate the Text-Em-All app for the purpose of being able to communicate with staff quickly & efficiently. We often rely on email for communication at my organization, & not all staff participate in email conversations, or have access to email. It is nice to have the texting capability to reach everyone!

We use text messages with our neighborhood Civic Association. It is the best way for us to contact the close to 500 people in our neighborhood. With this service, we can keep everyone informed about important updates, emergencies, and neighborhood events. It is the most effective way to communicate with everyone easily and efficiently.

I use Text-Em-All for mass communication to my workplace of 180-200+ employees. The text is a simple reminder to mandatory meetings, events, and inclement weather. It helps get the word out to all shifts, day and night, of pertinent information. Or helps to remind them of benefit enrollments or policy updates. It's been an effective communication tool.

I use Text-Em-All to communicate everything with my employees, from weather delays to essential company events. I love the ease of using the product! I am a huge fan and will continue using it to relay messages to my employees! My employees will even respond with sweet messages to me!

We chose Text-Em-All during the 2020 COVID shutdown to be able to communicate quickly with all of our Team Members. After we reopened and are back in the office, Text-Em-All is much more efficient and effective to communicate with our Field Team as they do not have quick access to computers or emails. We have been able to set up the groups within the system which makes a quick text communication with certain Team Members easy.

Pros

  • Ability to set up groups and have Team Members assigned to multiple groups.
  • Quickly able to add or delete Team Members
  • Easy to follow "instructions" to create a broadcast.
  • Email communication when a broadcast is sent successfully or if there are issues with the broadcast.
  • Quick and easy to add credits.

Cons

  • When a Team Member texts back to the number provided by Text-Em-All, I may not see the response until days later.
