RingEX is a true all-in-one solution for business communication. We now have 1 app for chat, video meetings, phone calling, fax, and text messaging. Setting up a new user and making day-to-day changes is also easy. We no longer need to manage multiple systems.

  • SMS registration may take a while to get approved.
  • The desk phone cannot be fully controlled by the app yet.

I use RingEX to prospect new clients and follow up with existing ones. Also, I use it for cold calling for new leads. It's the communication tool that identifies and integrates perfectly with our CRM and allows our job to be easier when it comes to dialing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ring Central is considered the Gold standard for VoiP companies for a reason. Clear voice and video communication as the level of detail you have as an Admin allows you to easily fine tune your experience.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We operate a 24 hour a day call center, and wanted to streamline our business. We were using Vonage before, but it was extension based, not user based. With RingEX we are able to run reports, and get a better handle on our customer service.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The RingEX phone system enables all our phone interactions, and the AI components help us take better notes and keep our documentation up to date in ways we could not do before. Being able to receive calls anywhere and switch from a desk phone to a cell phone when on the move, or to work on calls with the desktop soft phone, helps keep everything efficient.

  • RingEX could make it easier to hide functionality that is not in use because we are using other options - Teams for messaging, etc.
  • Because I have multiple RingCentral accounts it could be easier to switch between accounts with out logging in every time

  • RingEX gave us cost savings over prev vendor that had lots of cost upgrades while we were with them
  • RingEX helps us achieve greater client satisfactions by having options to expedite calls and handling calls based on customer number
