Since 2019, Publer has been the marketing hub for our three brands, each active on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, and Pinterest. Instead of juggling native dashboards and spreadsheets, we now plan every campaign using a single drag-and-drop calendar, bulk upload creative assets, and preview posts exactly as they’ll appear on each platform. The main business issues Publer addresses are saving time and maintaining brand consistency. It's an integrated AI that drafts captions and hashtags that require only minor edits. Internal approval workflows enable staff to draft content and senior staff to sign off, ensuring that nothing goes live without proper oversight.

Pros

  • A unified drag-and-drop calendar with genuine native previews allows us to bulk-upload images or videos, shuffle posts between dates and platforms, and see exactly how each platform (FB, IG, TikTok, Threads, etc.) will display before we hit “Schedule.”
  • Role-based approvals that streamline teamwork: interns draft, managers approve, and the audit trail ensures that nothing inconsistent slips through.
  • Quick-glance analytics built right into the calendar, surface engagement spikes, best-time suggestions and post-level stats without exporting to another tool, so we can tweak campaigns on the spot.

Cons

  • Cross-workspace engagement controls, Publer doesn’t let us “like,” comment on, or share a post that lives in a different workspace. Because our sister brands often cross-promote each other’s content, we still have to jump into the native apps to boost visibility.
  • Real-time hashtag counter (with limits per network), While drafting a post there’s no running tally of how many hashtags we’ve used or what the optimal range is for each platform, so it’s easy to over- or under-tag. A counter—ideally with basic suggestions—would streamline caption prep.

We need batch social media posting, scheduling, automation, and analytics. Publer is great at letting us integrate with canva to schedule posts for over 30 channels and multiple brands easily and cheaply. Hashtag features let you easily add to your posts, and you can tag on platforms that allow it. Separate post customization is great as well.

We used to automatically post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other social media that we have on our store. We increase our sales using this product, we pay monthly, and we have integrations with AI and other tools. It's quite good for the price, I recommend. I would use for more time.

Almost the perfect scheduler

I've been using Publer for several years now. I have many accounts I use for my business, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Publer allows me to post across all seamlessly, AND repurpose content that wasn't even posted through Publer originally. This has sped up my content creation process tremendously across all platforms. It makes being a small business owner that much easier.

Pros

  • Autoscheduling - I press one button, and content goes out to predetermined schedules across the various platforms
  • Spintax - putting content on autorepeat with auto-generated unique captions!
  • I work with a couple VAs, and I can have them create the content, and I'm automatically notified to approve their work before anything goes out.
  • Easy access to past content for quick reusing and repurposing
  • Feedback - I love that I can always suggest new features, and they're always working on improving!

Cons

  • Some IG features are currently missing, like syncing with trending sounds, but I think that's more of an API limitation than a fault with Publer
  • The website interface can be a bit challenging to navigate. It isn't quite as intuitive as I'd like with where things are placed.
  • Some of the terms are confusing, like "recycling" and "recurring." I wish they'd combine these two particular posting options into one.
  • I'd also love to see better integration with my personalized AI, trained on my business.

Return on Investment

  • Countless hours saved, not only in the initial scheduling, but also in the repurposing/reusing/autoscheduling
  • Peace of mind knowing I can more easily stay consistent with my posting
  • More hours saved on the analytics, which are FAR easier to view trends than in the native platforms

We use it for social media management and content approval. This is an amazing tool that is easy to use for all ages, and easy to integrate and adapt to. In my case, I really needed a tool that would allow me for content approval in between clients, generate monthly reports, schedule accross several apps and integrate with Google analytics
