In TrustRadius reviews, professionals highlight its role in streamlining content distribution across numerous accounts, often numbering in the hundreds, which is critical for maintaining brand consistency and operational efficiency across client communications. Its intuitive interface and robust bulk scheduling capabilities, including CSV uploads for up to 500 posts, are frequently cited for saving significant time and enhancing productivity for specialized staff.
While reviewers appreciate the platform's ability to free up valuable professional time, some note areas for development. We use it for social media management and content approval. This is an amazing tool that is easy to use for all ages, and easy to integrate and adapt to. In my case, I really needed a tool that would allow me for content approval in between clients, generate monthly reports, schedule accross several apps and integrate with Google analytics
Pros

They have an amazing customer service that allows us to contact them with any questions and they respond very quick
First and foremost, the support has been outstanding — truly top-notch.
The platform itself is well-designed, intuitive, and makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Organizing workspaces is simple, and the calendar feature works smoothly. (Though it would be even better if there were a way to view all scheduled posts across multiple managed companies in one unified calendar.)
Considering the price, this is an excellent value and a well-rounded solution.

If you manage more than 10 social media accounts across a variety of companies, this is a no brainer for ease of use. The speed at which I can get my work done is critical and this saves me time and thus, saves me money.
The savings only get better the more companies you manage as I found their pricing very reasonable from others.
Amazing software, does everything we need it to do for a very reasonable price! We use it for multiple Facebook pages which is great. Also a very fast support trough email which is amazing! I would definetly advice other owners of any kind of social media pages to start with the free trial and see what it can do for you!

Fast support
Amazing software
Cons

We use it for our multiple pages where it is super easy to navigate through our pages and make adjustements for every single page. Also the posting times are a great adition and it has al of the features we are looking for in a software for a very reasonable price.
Ability to bulk schedule a lot of posts - it's the reason why I chose Publer instead of Buffer for now. I had thousands of ready posts. The CSV upload works just right - you can upload up to 500 posts in one files which saves a ton of time.
Great customer support - quick to reply and help with issues.
Cons
Poor media file storage - very few columns, no ability to sort, and export data of media library - which would be super useful when you need hundreds of links to download pictures before uploading them via CSV and bulk scheduling. I needed to find a way around this issue and upload everything to Wordpress and then use plugin to export file names and links. Not great that it is not available on Publer. Makes media library useless to me as it's not feasible to work this way - I'd need to manually copy-paste all links, which obviously is not ideal.
The VAT pricing info should be more visible.
The "Explore tab" is wannabe Taplio copy although you can only see posts from Instagram and X, and nothing else + they are very few posts and they are not even matching keywords at all. I was looking forward to LinkedIn, but there is nothing from that platform, opposite to competitors like Taplio.
Calendar view has no yearly view option or an option to view more compact window.

Bulk Scheduling - as competitors do not offer it. Other than that other features feel lacking
We have a few hundred social accounts that we program for ourselves as well as for clients each month. Publer is stupid simple for my team to use, there is an approval process that allows us to check and double check each post before it gets into the publishing queue, and the analytics help provide insights with the touch of a button.
Pros
simple onboarding
great approval process
analytics are actionable
user friendly
ample types of platforms to connect
Cons
connecting to random platforms like next door
deeper dive into analytics and how to move the needle
connection to slack for failures of posts or integrations

When managing a few hundred social accounts, this is the best platform we've come across. It's reliable, simple to set up, easy to onboard team members. It gives us the toolset that we need to make our feeds and our client feeds full of content (including video). If you need an approval process or to include clients in the process, this is a great tool
I have been using Publer for the last 4 months, and I like the auto-scheduling and CSV upload features because they save me a lot of time. I use it for about 3-4 social media platforms, including Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter. It also lets us add an RSS feed, so it automatically publishes posts through the RSS feed.
Pros
I can import csv file to bulk schedule the posts
It automatically scheduled the posts in available slots
It also allows us to add RSS feeds
Cons

Excellent for planning social media posts and making some basic analysis of competitors, ease to use media library and posting which all means quick response to competitors activity. No other language than English makes it not understandable enough and we need to focus on the instruction to understand all the features.

Doing the final touch on graphics in Canva, import directly to Publer and publish to all social media accounts with one click. They get posted when the timing is best based on my costumers engagement.
