I am the full administrator of the Paycor product in our company. I use it daily on a regular basis from recruiting, onboarding, new hires, reporting, processing and terminations. The software is fairly well designed and cost efficient.

Easy to Use Payroll

Paycor is what we use for payroll. Review and approve timecards for employees easily. Submit and review employee PTO requests and able to review for PTO history. Employees are able to retrieve paystubs easily and all paystubs are saved in Paycor through an employees history with the company. Paycor is a very easy and user friendly program.

  • Deductions are easy
  • Wizards are easy to use for employees and admins

Cons

  • Basic support was not good when we used that
  • Having an enhanced peer recognition platform would be nice, current engage platform is basic
  • The Tax service is terrible slow and often causes issues for our team

  • The document library is finally improving but employees were frustrated with this one for years

We use Paycor to track time and pay all of our employees. I am the payroll specialist and I enter payroll and transfer time from another database into Paycor weekly I have not encountered any major issues since I started using Paycor in March of 2025 it's the first time I've used Paycor.

HRIS, Time and Attendance, points, PTO tracking, associate recognition, company news letters, benefits, reporting, analytics payroll processing. Paycor is a one stop shot that had all of the options we needed to assist with the best employee experience we could offer. We also track disciplinary actions with Paycor as well as performance reviews.

  • Reporting is not as easy as we would like to have. We would like to be able to pick all options available in HRIS when building reports.
  • Show cost savings for what the company pays for associates benefits vs. what the associates pay.
