Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We mainly use LeadSquared for driving our sales process. We use LeadSquared for both B2B and B2C purposes. Using the lead and activity model, it allows us to track our leads and follow up with them. We use the Lead + Activity API to capture a bunch of lead sources into LeadSquared. We have also integrated Telephony and Whatsapp messaging features (Converse) with LeadSquared which allow us to track calls and messages from within LeadSquared. The tasks feature is very useful making it easy to track followups. Using smart views, we look at the open leads, pending tasks and track them effectively. We also use a bunch of forms and automations to create our workflows which help for more effective effort on leads.

Pros

  • Automations : LeadSquared has a very good automation tool using which I can update lead fields, send Whatsapp messages, send emails, create tasks, wait for events and many other things. Using this, we are able to completely automate the workflows.
  • Smart Views : Smart Views allow us to configure a view for an agent according to our requirement. For an example, for our retail outlets we have created tabs for daily follow ups, open leads, overdue and pending tasks, etc.
  • Integrations: Using the Apps marketplace, we are able to integrate LeadSquared with various other apps. In our organization, we have integrated Shopify, Telephony apps like Ozonetel, Servetel and Ameyo and Whatsapp Business Providers like Gupshup. In addition to this, there are plenty of apps for us to explore which we intend on doing.

Cons

  • UI is old and clunky, overall loading time could be much better.
  • The SIERRA report making tool is counterintuitive and unnecessarily complex at times.
  • The advanced search mechanism is buggy at times. Telephony integrations can be more robust.

  • Overall, it has helped us track leads and capture leads very effectively. Ever since going forward with LeadSquared, we have gone from 50,000 leads/month to 110,000 leads /month and growing, all owing to the vast variety of lead sources which can be integrated using the Lead + Activity API
  • The Converse tool has helped us to reach out to 200% more customers via Whatsapp approved templates.
  • The Shopify integrations allow us to track abandoned checkouts, which we couldn't do before. This has turned out to be our highest converting lead source with a conversation rate of 37%.

We are using LeadSquared as a CRM tool in our organization, we manage all the customer data and its relevant details, communication history, our performance funnel, Attendance history, Call reports with the help of this CRM tool. All required fields of the customer such as name, mail id, contact number, source campaign, usage history are recorded in the LeadSqared for reaching them with clear data. It helps us in getting the deals done with better lead optimization.

Pros

  • Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
  • The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
  • Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
  • Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.

Cons

  • Need to improve the stability of the portal.
  • Sometimes, it delayed in catching the call histories.
  • Customer service and their response time for query resolving need to improve.

  • LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand, like open rate, bounce rate, click rate, etc.
  • LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it.
  • LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well.

Cons

  • LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
  • Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
  • LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

  • After using LeadSquared, now we are able to generate more quality leads for our services and this is a positive impact.
  • LeadSquared provides us a complete report of our particular campaigns like click rate, bounce rate, etc. and this is also a positive impact on our business.
  • LeadSquared is very easy to use and needs no training, so it saves our time too, this is also a positive impact on our business.
