I handle all things related to taxes in our organization so the isolved tax features have been extremely helpful for me compared to our previous software. The quarterly/year end dashboards, reporting options, A2A transmission capability, treasury management features, etc, make my life so much easier. These also cut down on errors and discrepancies that I was previously struggling with.

Certain screens have the PERIOD END DATE before the PERIOD BEGIN DATE. Example: Payroll Run Schedule. It causes confusion and frustration for every team member we have.
