A company who wants to track their employee's ACA eligibility and compliance will be very happy with isolved's functionality, regardless of how many employees they have, saving the administrators a lot of time. A company with complex benefit eligibility and rules will usually be quite pleased with the variety of benefits isolved is capable of handling.
I use isolved daily to complete onboarding, process payroll, update employee information and collect data using the Reporting section. I find that isolved has helped keep all data in one, organized place for our company. I've also used University for quite a few things. I'm happy how easy isolved makes simple tasks.
Pros
Customer Service
Form Generation
Onboarding
Cons
Implementation Process
Report Writer
Completion of Attached Internal Onboarding Documents
User Friendly, easy access for employees

Our Implementation Process was a bit of a nightmare due to lack of communication, conflicting answers to questions and asking for reports and data multiple times after it had already been provided. However, since transitioning over to Customer Service, our experience has been nothing short of great. We are very please with the team and the customer service we are receiving.

We use it for everything, but we are also reselling to other companies. We utilize share and perform we use general ledger for exports we use leave accruals and we use all of the modules depending on the clients needs. We frequently look at the use of additional modules to provide the best service we can for our clients
Pros
Big data report functionality
configurability
isolved university learning
Cons
some of the articles are out of date
some modules like share and perform are not similar to how isolved works

one of the situations it is the best suited is in reports. It keeps all of its data split and it is easy to pull premade reports or if the specific need is not addressed you can utilize report writer to record it the way you need. An area for improvement is share and perform you can only really do things one way there is no way to have specific people easily on a big scale see people that they do not supervise without seeing everyone. Org manager if you will.
isolved is being used across the entire organization. We utilize the HRM (including benefits) and payroll. We also just started the implementation process of the isolved University Pro. The reporting capability and benefit integration has been a huge benefit to our organization.
Pros
Employee Self Service--easy access
Reporting capabilities--customizable
isolved University--customizable to our needs
Cons
Faster response time from our dedicated isolved resource team
Likelihood to Recommend
isolved is well suited for a midsize company. With as robust as isolved is, I would say a company that has multiple champions in the organization specializing in each area (e.g., benefits, payroll, LMS).
