Great easy to use tool to send mass communication quickly

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

EZ Texting allows us a platform to communicate with our team members. We have 37 locations and most of our team members are not in front of their computers all day and are not the best at checking emails. By being able to text them we can communicate important information and know that it will be viewed.

Pros

  • Creating subsets to text groups within a group
  • Easy to upload new employees
  • Easy to remove former employees

Cons

  • Easier way of uploading lists to already include them in sub groups
  • Sometimes character counts get confusing

I use it to share communications and reminders with Church Members. It helps to centralize communications with groups that are targedted which make communciations easy for our communications team.
