Pros
Efficient Contact Organization: Users have appreciated the feature of creating unlimited groups to efficiently organize contacts, allowing for seamless management and segmentation. This functionality streamlines communication by enabling users to tailor messages based on specific group characteristics or interests.
Time-saving Templates: The ability to create templates for future use has been well-received by users as it saves time and effort in crafting repetitive messages or campaigns. By having pre-designed templates readily available, users can quickly send out consistent and professional-looking communications without starting from scratch each time.
Effective Message Tracking: Users value the creation of trackable links, enabling them to monitor message effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization. With this feature, users can analyze metrics such as open rates and click-through rates to refine their messaging strategies and improve engagement with recipients.
I use EZ Texting to be able to communicate with clients that we are typically not able to get a hold of on the phone. It is a great tool, to contact them because a lot of people now at day's do not pick up a phone number that they do not know. We are then able to either recruit them as an employee, fix their policy or get a reinstatement.
Pros
Easy Templates
Nice Campaign Tracker
Number of Messages Sent
Cons
The way that we receive new messages, color or highlight them differently. I have to at times sort to find who messaged me.
A way to save or highlight a message to view later
Likelihood to Recommend
EZ Texting is well suited because it is a great and fast tool to get in contact with clients or message a group of people on a wide scale.

We use EZ Text for our emergency messaging system. EZ Text allows us to reach all of our employees via text quickly and simultaneously in case of an emergency. This is helpful for us so that employees don't have to check their email before coming into work and can receive the information directly on their phone. We use EZ Text only for emergencies, ex, office closures in case of bad weather, etc.
Pros
Easy to use and manage.
Cost effective.
Quick and reliable.
Cons
Being able to send a group message directly from the inbox.
Setting up text templates takes a minute to figure out.
Additional integrations for contact upload.
Likelihood to Recommend
For what we use EZ Texting for (Emergency contact system), it does what we need and is very easy to manage and keep up to date. The team always reaches out to see if there is anything more we need, which is kind as well. I can't speak to its features as a whole, however, as its use is very narrow in scope in our business.

EZ Texting allows my organization to use our primary phone number as a texting line, and has additional features such as mass texts, campaigns, and workflows that make it easier to contact existing and potential clients.
Pros
Organizing incoming texts
Mass Texts
Managing Contacts
Cons
Auto Reply
Reply suggestions

We had some initial issues that were solved after some back and forth with customer service, but after that the service has worked well to fit our needs of occasional interaction with our clients.

We use EZ Texting as a mass texter to help get information out to our employees. Sometimes it's updates other times it could be alerts that could affect their day-to-day business(es).
Pros
It's simple
It's quick
It's reliable
It works
Cons
Contact searching could be simplified
Message construction could be simplified
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend it to someone needing to get alerts out. I probably won't recommend it for someone wanting to sell a product.
In past nonprofits we have used EZ Texting to connect directly w. board members and other stakeholders. We have also used the system during events to encourage folks to donate during a particular point in the program.
Pros
Adding/Deleting contacts from a group
Creating new text groups
Allowing the user to add emojis and images to make the message for engaging
Cons
The invoice system does not show an example of the text(s) sent and only how much it costs. Having the text example would help nonprofits to allocate expenses to specific budget lines
Likelihood to Recommend
Sending stakeholders a call to action is a great way to use EZ Texting. Using EZ Texting to send meeting reminders to staff, volunteers, or board members is not an appropriate way to use the platform

We use EZ Texting at our business mainly to communicate with our employees about important work memos. We employ over 200 young adults and we find that they read and respond to text messages more frequently and fast than email. We communicate about employeee events, deadlines, updates, and schedule changes.
Pros
The platform is easy to navigate and very user friendly
The options for making groups helps us stay organized
The reports are prompt and helpful to confirm messages sent
Cons
It would be nice if it were a. It easier to work with templates
An automatic integration with Google forms to keep lists up to date
Likelihood to Recommend
We are using the platform most often to communicate with our own staff. We have infrequent communication so the pay as you go plan works great for us.

Using EZ Texting to provide Motivational Monday quotes and reminders to upcoming deadlines
Pros
The AI Generated texts that allow different voices (passionate, playful, business, etc)
The opt in options for those we wish to communicate. The process is simple and it allows our students to decide to keep receiving the information or not.
Track the messages, and allows those of us to see which numbers bounced or did not receive.
Cons
I like the ability to create different lists, however, the ease of creating a second list with the same numbers appears to be challenging.
Customer service was a challenge, as the multiple times I called to discuss messages being delivered the response was "It is the provider, nothing we can do about that.."
Likelihood to Recommend
Well-Suited: Reminders and promotion work very well, and the ability to craft the text to the specific audience and make the message clear is fantastic. However, to add the emoji, it appears that you have to utilize the AI version to get the colorful texting to come through.
We used EZ texting to market our events and send text messages to potential agents to show what Eagles World Realty can offer. EZ Texting was a costly approach to try to reach a broader audience to complete these tasks. We were also using it to communicate with our in-house agents to let them know what classes we had going on that day/week. We didn't get much reaction, and many of the agents opted out. It was just not a good ROI, unfortunately.
Pros
Letting you know that you are going over word count.
Charging too much to send photos.
Having a confusing interface.
Cons
I would update the user interface. When you accidentally exit the message you're preparing, figuring out how to get back to it isn't easy.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would say EZ texting is suitable for most applications; I just really wouldn't use it for in-house communications with your agents. You could use it to market your events, but that's about it. I would mainly recommend EZ texting to people trying to reach a larger audience for their events or if they are trying to market a deal or product.

We use this platform often to help us send out upcoming services and updates on events. It’s been very helpful in keeping our congregation informed and up to date all at once. It has truly helped our church in more ways than one and has been easy to set up and send out messages.
Pros
User friendly
Speed of program
AI generated text
Cost effective
Cons
Better plans
More plans to choose from
Better phone customer service
Likelihood to Recommend
The only thing I don’t like is there are not better options for plans and pricing and calling for customer service is never easy and it can be hard to reach an actual human who can help you. Other than that we have enjoyed the program. We use it often.
We're a housing authority. We have implemented EZ Texting to inform residents of: upcoming events, appointment reminders, service provider announcements, organizational announcements etc... We believe it will allow for us to keep them more up-to-date on any organizational updates/closures. We schedule programming with outside vendors, we will be able to provide them any updates from the providers
Pros
Sending out announcements and reminders
Allowing residents to save our "ez-tezt" number and tezt us if they're number changes
We can send flyers and videos to tenants about service offerings
Cons
I don't like that you have to pay for multiple people to access the database
While it's pretty user-friendly, it can always be more so
Allow for better customization of the sign-up forms
Likelihood to Recommend
It can help in a crisis situation; however, it would be more appropriate to have someone call by phone. Perhaps EZ Texting can enable a facetime like option It's very well suited to inform our residents if we have severe weather and must close. Also, if there is mechanical issues going on or any other emergency situation to notify them of what's going on
