It is difficult to find individuals. In the Contacts page, in All Contacts, I almost never get results when I type first, space, last name. I can even have a contact listed on the search page, I'm looking right at it, but if I type their name, it shows no results. VERY frustrating

EZ Texting is well suited for doing mass text campaigns, not good for initiating/conducting one on one text messages. It is not good for someone who is not resourceful in finding solutions without support. The UI is not good, the site is not insightful, and has quirks that make it frustrating unless you are patient and able to chase down solutions.
I started using EZ testing to boost engagement as an alternative to e-blasts. I was told by coaches at Tom Ferry that texts are shown to be much more effective than e-mails, and that was evident to me the first day I started using the app. I love that it notifies me on my cell phone as well, so I don't have to keep checking inside the app. This is a better way for me to notify my clients about any new listings- instead of waiting for clients to find them on Streeteasy, or Zillow, or to open my e-mails knowing that so many have SPAM settings and never see my emails. Thanks to EZ texting, I am able to get ahead of competitors and stay front and center with my clients. With the click of a button, I can text my entire database and be assured that the message didn't fall through the cracks. I will continue to use this product and will recommend it to other brokers and anyone else in the sales or service industry. Thank you.

For me, getting a new listing means that I am racing against a clock as well as other competitors to find a buyer. Sometimes 3 or 4 agents will be sending a listing to the same buyer. The ability to text multiple buyers at once means that I can get my listing in the hands of a buyer first - and EZ texting helps me stay in front of my buyers, and I never have to worry about losing credibility when other agents reach my buyer first.
We use it to communicate with our west division fleet drivers, for individual and group texts with the dispatch team. We send out weather alerts, general information and regularly communicate with the drivers. We load it on each of the dispatch's station which allows our team to repond quicker and easier than with a cell phone.

We were looking for a replacement for having iPads on-site for customer acquisition forms. What we decided was that having users text a shortcode to access the forms via their mobile device was an easier, on-the-go solution, reducing technical debt, and preventing us from having to buy new hardware to maintain our workflow. EZ Texting is great for starting your journey into using SMS and MMS for both campaigns and event activations. The same-day setup and do-it-yourself platform makes it easy to manage and handle your data. It may be less appropriate for setting up recurring campaigns such as order shipment notifications as the API isn't advertised as far as I'm aware and tokenization isn't in the platform.
EZ Texting is being used by both our sales departments and our customer service departments. It helps send reminders of upcoming recruitment meetings as well as follow up for the sales department. The customer service department uses it as reminders for upcoming important deadlines for customers.

EZ Texting is great if you are using it to send out different types of reminders to potential or current customers. It allows us to manage list and easily remove those who do not wish to receive text messages without us worrying about someone else sending them one unless they opt in again in the future.
I would not use EZ Texting to try and complete a sale, more so the use to set up a conversation about it.
We used the EZ Texting system during the COVID-19 outbreak to keep our employees informed on our forever changing business hours. We did this to ensure, as an essential business to the health care industry, we could continue to serve our customers during this pandemic. The system played an essential part in ensuring we continued to have staff available and clearly informed when business was closed.

EZ Texting is great and ensures you get a consistent message out to your staff. During these difficult pandemic times it becomes an essential tool for communicating with our staff after hours. The COVID-19 outbreak hurt businesses all over the country and being able to continue as an essential business ensuring staff was onsite at the right times proved extremely valuable.
I run an event with 300+ attendees. It includes many break-outs that include dozens of individual teams. I use it to inform the attendees to where they should move next. This is used just on my team, not the whole organization. It addresses the issue of communicating with a super spread-out group that is really engrossed in their work.

Super easy to set up and use. I played with it for about 30 minutes before I was up & running.
It makes it easy to create new groups. I have different attendees each time so I don't want to "clean" the list. I'd rather just create a new one each time.

I have a clear agenda for my event so I am able to set the texts up in advance. In addition, I am able to go in and change the scheduled messages if the need arises. I can't think of any scenarios where this is not appropriate.
We use EZ Texting to communicate with over 1,000 members of our division in our union. Information can be passed on quickly to multiple work groups. We have used it to send messages at scheduled times for multiple work shifts. Members take the time to respond to the messages sent and we can then reply individually to help with questions. We have used EZ Texting to survey work groups, make announcements to specific work groups. We have used it alot more than expected.

Changes in upcoming events are done easily with everyone getting the text quickly. Also with all getting the text at the the same time, it has help cut down on rumors and misinformation.
