Creation of mileage expenses is super easy and comprehensive.
Ability to track the stage of the money transfer in the authorization process, and really see when you will receive your payment. This helps to plan accordingly.
The interaction you can have with the charts, helps make proper evaluations on what and how you are making expenses.

We use Expensify to process expense reports by salespeople who are using their own credit cards to process expenses.

Occasionally it reads a receipt wrong, but thats very rare. Maybe 2x per year.

I've never used anything as good as Expensify, as a user who submits reports, so it makes it way easier to get my reports in on time. I just take pix of my receipts as I pay for stuff, now that I am in the habit it's super easy and fast. And then organizing the receipts into another report is really easy if I forgot to start a new report before the last one was finished. I just sort the receipts by date and bulk-move them to a new report. I'm really happy. I feel sorry for my sales-friends who are on the legacy systems and tell them to ask for Expensify. If I ever move companies or they want me to use something else I'll probably be mad.
We implemented Expensify last year in our organisation. We had a very manual process that was very time consuming for the whole team. WE wanted to have something easy to track on the go and that could be easily adjusted to our needs as well as having strong reporting capabilities, and Expensify ticked all the boxes, as well as a very competitive market price.

It has been a hand-holding experience from the beginning. As admin I was given all the power the customise the portal for our company, I was explained everything in detailed, had all my questions answered until everything was running smooth. I didn't use any integration with a finance/accounting system so I can't give feedback on that front. We did though, connect the corporate credit card feeds to Expensify, so all expenses go straight to the portal, which it's great help for everyone.
We use expensify to keep track of all expenses we make during business trips. I love that the platform has multiple ways to capturing expense from forwarding address, to website to the app. One of my killer features is the ability to take a picture to add expense using the app. I never have to forget adding an expense and that's how easy it is!! I also like that the app highlights potential duplicates if it detects any. I wish there was a way to resolve these duplicate without having to merge them though - sometimes I do have multiple expenses on the same day that are exactly the same transaction amount. Overall, I highly recommend the app!

We use it for all purchases made outside of accounting. We tracking, forecast, and do expenditures and budgets from Expensify. We also use it to review and approve purchases made offsite too. Expensify lets us see real time what our satellite offices are spending, where they're spending, how they're spending, and what they are using. It's a very important metric when doing annual budgets.
